Wait, how are we already halfway through January?! Jan usually overstays her welcome, but this year she clearly has somewhere to be.

It’s been awhile since we’ve chatted, friends. I promise, that won’t happen again. You know why? Because 2025 is my year of elevation.

Last year was… whew. Being pregnant and then adjusting to motherhood soaked up an insane amount of energy (read as: all of it). Work was getting my scraps and I noticed every bit of it during my end-of-year reflection (read as: looking at the bank accounts lol).

But what I was not expecting was to have such a renewed sense of energy at the top of the year. Coming out of the (busiest) holiday season (since we have a new baby and did the absolute most), I’ve never been so ready to hit the ground running with work and wellness (read as: had way too many holiday cookies and cocktails, which I do not regret).

Over the break, I read a quote that stuck with me. I think it’s gonna be my mantra for the year.

What got you here, won’t get you there.

It reminds me that though I’ve come so far, it will take an elevated version of myself to become who I want to ultimately be. To achieve the things I absolutely know are part of my destiny.

So, here’s I’m doing right now, to get me there:
